Claude Code Clinic

You've seen the demos. You've heard the hype. But you still haven't figured out how Claude Code fits into your actual work.

This is not a lecture. This is not a demo with fake data.

1. Participants submit a real business problem in advance (up to 3 days prior).
2. I prepare.
3. Then I solve each one live with Claude Code, in front of the room and with their active participation.

How it works

Before the event: submit your use case above 👆
Anonymize your data so nothing sensitive is shared during the session.
Submissions close Monday, June 15 at noon. I review each problem and prepare so we hit the ground running.

During the event: ~20-25 minutes per case. The participant explains the problem (3 min), then I build the solution live, the room asks questions and riffs on the approach.

After the event: each participant leaves with a working prototype. Everyone in the room leaves with new ideas for their own work.

4 cases guaranteed. Up to 6 if time allows.

What kind of problems?

Anything where you're stuck, spending too much time, or doing the same thing over and over:

- "I spend 3 hours a week reformatting supplier data into our internal format"
- "I need to extract specific clauses from 200 contracts"
- "I want to turn my meeting notes into structured action items automatically"
- "I track 15 KPIs across spreadsheets and the reporting is killing me"

The sweet spot: repetitive, structured, time-consuming work. No coding background needed.

This is not a software development event. If your problem is "I need to build an app" or "I need to fix my codebase," this is not the right format. This is for business people, ops, finance, PMs, founders who want to solve real work problems with AI.
